Too often we stifle our emotions.We sweep them under the carpet, tuck them away as neatly as possible and smother them with distorted-truths.
I woke up this morning with a really heavy heart, overwhelmed by a lot of things. I could feel my Spirit longing to nourish himself with the word of God and I knew I just needed to vent out so much emotion to Jesus.

I woke up this morning really joyful. For the past couple of days I’ve felt as if God has been walking beside me through every step I’ve taken, and His presence is simply beautiful. It’s infectious!
